MY STORY
In 2012, I embarked on my Alexander Technique journey due to shoulder pain, a common ailment that led me to this transformative practice. The swift relief I experienced left me astonished, igniting a deep curiosity to fully explore the Technique's potential.
This and a desire to help others led me to pursue teacher training several months later at the esteemed Philadelphia School for the Alexander Technique under the mentorship of Dr. Martha Hansen Fertman, a revered figure in the field who trained directly under F.M. Alexander himself.
Further enhancing my expertise, I had the privilege of studying under other distinguished instructors such as Meade Andrews, Tommy Thompson, Anne Waxman, and Ariel Weiss.
